Taco Bell Corp. is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support the general manager in running daily operations, maintaining high standards of food quality and guest service, and achieving financial goals.

You will lead a team, oversee opening and closing procedures, manage shifts, monitor inventory and sanitation, and drive profitability while ensuring guest satisfaction. This role requires previous supervisory experience in a restaurant, strong leadership, and a flexible schedule

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within the restaurant industry.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the restaurant general manager with opening/closing, cash handling, and shift management.
• Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety compliance.
• Optimize resource use to maximize profitability and reduce waste.
• Supervise and train crew and shift managers, provide coaching.
• Schedule shifts and manage staffing levels to meet demand.
• Conduct performance evaluations and disciplinary actions with guidance.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries.
• Review sales, inventory, and labor costs to identify improvements.
