Zaxby's Lavonia is hiring an Assistant Manager to lead daily operations in a fast-paced environment. You will oversee customer care, POS management, and scheduling while ensuring adherence to company processes and quality standards.

This full-time role offers an hourly wage from $14 to $19, paid training, and opportunities for advancement. A flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays is required, with potential for vacation time and recognition programs.

Qualifications

• Must possess leadership qualities and organizational skills.
• Must be 20 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Available to work full-time with 38 to 48 hours per week.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must complete qualifying internal prerequisite certifications.
• Cannot be related to current employees.

Responsibilities

• Customer care and POS card management; facility key holder and scheduling responsibilities.
• Manage daily restaurant operations ensuring adherence to processes, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain guest experiences and ensure timeliness and accuracy in service.
