Zaxby's Elberton is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, supervise staff, and deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will help control costs, ensure food safety, and uphold brand standards while supporting fast, friendly service.

The role is full-time with hourly pay from $14.00 to $19.00, plus benefits and opportunities for advancement. Ideal candidates are reliable, have a valid driver's license, and can work a flexible schedule including nights

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate leadership qualities and organizational skills.
• Must be 20 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Full-time availability with 38–48 hours per week.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must complete internal prerequisite certifications.
• Cannot be related to current employees.
