Job summary

Wingstop is seeking an Assistant Manager in Concord, NC to support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations, lead shifts, and ensure guest satisfaction. This hands-on, hourly role covers front-of-house and back-of-house duties while modelling the brand standards.

You will coach crew members, assist with hiring and onboarding, monitor food quality and safety, and help manage opening/closing procedures, inventory, and cash handling. Availability nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant leadership experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts by directing team members and ensuring efficient workflow.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and support to Crew Members and Shift Leads.
• Assist with hiring, training, and onboarding new team members.
• Ensure food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards are consistently met.
• Perform opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, deposits, and reporting.
