Job summary

Sizzling Platter LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for the Wingstop location in Aberdeen, NC. This hourly, hands-on role supports daily operations, leads shifts, and provides direction to Crew Members and Shift Leads to uphold brand standards.

You will help hire, train, and onboard new staff, ensure food quality and safety, and maintain a positive workplace culture through coaching and hands-on leadership. Availability includes nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Preferred qualifications include previous restaurant leadership experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts by directing team members and ensuring efficient workflow.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and support to crew members and shift leads.
• Deliver and model exceptional guest service; resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Assist with hiring, training, and onboarding new team members.
• Ensure food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards are consistently met.
• Perform opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, deposits, and reporting.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering, receiving, and stock management.
• Step into operational roles (front-of-house and back-of-house) as needed to support the team.
