Job summary

Wingstop – Vibe Restaurants seeks a General Manager to lead our team and oversee all day-to-day restaurant operations in Midwest City, OK. You will be accountable for financial results, uphold policies, and drive service standards.

As an exempt, full-time position reporting to the Area Operations Coach, you will own staffing, development, inventory control, and labor management while delivering guest satisfaction with urgency and quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• 2–4 years of supervisory experience in food service.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong organizational, leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all restaurant operations, facilities, cash handling, cleanliness and sanitation.
• Recruit, train and develop staff; implement performance plans.
• Drive profitability through local store marketing, inventory and labor management.
