Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead Shift Operations: hands-on manager, completes daily checklists, handles cash, manages guest interactions.
• Drive Performance: ensure SOPs are followed and maintain urgency to increase speed of service; monitor labor, sales and food costs.
• Support Team Development: train and coach team members, provide feedback, support accountability and assist with recruiting screening.
