Job summary

Wingstop – Vibe Restaurants seeks a Co-Manager to support daily restaurant operations in Oklahoma City. This hands-on leader reports to the General Manager and will guide the team to uphold food quality, speed, accuracy, and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent recommended.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in food service recommended.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, delegate work and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Lead Shift Operations: act as a hands-on manager, complete daily checklists and manage guest interactions.
• Drive Performance: ensure SOPs are followed and improve speed of service; monitor daily labor, sales and food costs.
• Support Team Development: train and coach team members and assist with recruitment processes.
