Sizzling Platter LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager in Pomona, CA to support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations. You will lead shifts, coach crew members, and uphold brand standards while delivering outstanding guest service.

The role is hourly, with involvement in both front-of-house and back-of-house tasks to drive team performance and maintain safety and quality. The position emphasizes coaching, hiring support, and compliance with policies, while fostering a positive team

Responsibilities

• Ensure food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards are met.
• Perform opening/closing procedures including cash handling and deposits.
• Monitor inventory and assist with stock management and ordering.
