Job summary

Checkers & Rally’s is seeking an Assistant Manager in Pomona, CA to support the General Manager in executing the restaurant plan and achieving sales and profit goals. You will lead daily operations, promote guest satisfaction, and ensure a safe, clean, and energetic work environment.

The role requires 1-2 years of restaurant management in a quick-service setting, a high school diploma or GED, and strong communication skills. We offer comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Food Safety Certification.
• 1-2 years restaurant management experience in QSR preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager in executing the restaurant plan to hit sales and profit goals.
• Build guest satisfaction and manage daily restaurant operations.
• Interview and hire Team Members; train on policies and guest service.
• Provide coaching and feedback to Team Members on performance.
• Ensure restaurant is safe, clean, and a fun environment for employees and Guests.
• Escalate concerns or recommendations to the General Manager.
