The role involves hiring assistance, training, cash handling, inventory support, and ensuring food safety and cleanliness. Flexible scheduling includes nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts by directing team members and ensuring efficient workflow.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and support to Crew Members and Shift Leads.
• Assist with hiring, training, and onboarding new team members.
• Ensure food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards are consistently met.
• Perform opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, deposits, and reporting.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering, receiving, and stock management.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable laws.
• Step into operational roles (front-of-house and back-of-house) as needed to support the team.
• Help drive team performance, accountability, and a positive workplace culture.
