Sizzling Platter LLC is seeking a hands-on Assistant Manager in Provo, UT, to support daily restaurant operations, lead shifts, and coach crew members. This hourly, non-exempt role participates in both front- and back-of-house activities while upholding company standards and guest service excellence.

The position requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day restaurant operations.
• Lead shifts by directing team members and ensuring efficient workflow.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and support to Crew Members and Shift Leads.
• Deliver and model excellent guest service; resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Assist with hiring, training, and onboarding of team members.
• Ensure product quality, food safety, and cleanliness standards are met.
