Job summary

HAZA BELL is seeking a dedicated Restaurant Assistant Manager to support daily operations, lead the team, and uphold Taco Bell standards. You will collaborate with the RGM to ensure efficient service, food safety, and guest satisfaction while driving profitability and growth opportunities.

You will oversee scheduling, training, and performance feedback, with responsibilities spanning cash handling, inventory, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising restaurant teams or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and standards.
• Ability to manage shifts and oversee daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist restaurant general manager with daily operations and opening/closing procedures.
• Lead team members, trainers, and shift leads to meet standards.
• Ensure guest satisfaction through proactive supervision and service quality.
• Monitor inventory, labor, and costs to support financial targets.
• Maintain health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Communicate operational updates to staff and leadership.
