Job summary

Pizza Hut, Staab Management, is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead shifts and support daily restaurant operations. You will coach team members, ensure high guest service, food quality, and cleanliness, and help with scheduling to hit sales targets.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Reliable transportation.
• Flexible availability (days, nights, weekends, and holidays).
• Ability to work peak hours (lunch/dinner rushes).
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Leadership or supervisory experience (restaurant experience preferred).
• Strong communication and team-building skills.
• Positive, high-energy attitude with a hands-on leadership style.
• Willingness to complete company training programs.
• Basic math, problem-solving, and computer skills.

Responsibilities
