Pizza Hut Staab Management, a Midwest family‑owned franchise, seeks an Assistant Manager to lead shifts and support daily restaurant operations. You will coach, motivate, and develop team members while ensuring great guest service, food quality, and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Leadership or supervisory experience (restaurant experience preferred).
• Willingness to complete company training programs.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and support daily restaurant operations.
• Coach, motivate, and develop team members.
• Ensure great guest service, food quality, and cleanliness standards.
• Assist with scheduling, labor management, and hitting sales goals.
• Help hire, train, and onboard new team members.
• Monitor inventory, food prep, and product quality.
• Handle customer concerns and ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and “inspection-ready” restaurant.
• Support marketing promotions and local store initiatives.
