Pizza Hut Staab Management invites an Assistant Manager to lead shifts and support daily restaurant operations in a fast-paced environment. You will coach and develop team members while ensuring excellent guest service, food quality, and sanitation standards.

You will also assist with scheduling, labor management, hiring, and training, while monitoring inventory and promotions to drive sales growth. A hands-on leader helps keep operations organized and engaging for staff and guests.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends and holidays
• Ability to stand long hours and lift up to 50 lbs
• Willingness to complete company training programs
• Restaurant leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication and team-building skills
• Positive, high-energy leadership style
