Pizza Hut, Staab Management’s franchise, seeks an Assistant Manager to lead shifts and support daily restaurant operations. You will coach team members, ensure top guest service, and maintain food quality and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Reliable transportation
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends and holidays
• Ability to work peak hours (lunch/dinner)
• Ability to stand long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Leadership or supervisory experience (restaurant experience preferred)
• Strong communication and team-building skills

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and support daily restaurant operations
• Coach, motivate, and develop team members
• Ensure great guest service, food quality, and cleanliness standards
• Assist with scheduling, labor management and sales goals
• Help hire, train, and onboard new team members
• Monitor inventory, food prep, and product quality
• Handle customer concerns and ensure a positive experience
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inspection-ready restaurant
• Support marketing promotions and local store initiatives
