Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have 2 years of management experience.
• Available to work all shifts and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Able to pass background check and drug screen.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire qualified staff to operate the restaurant based on company standards and in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Schedule sufficient staff to operate the restaurant and accommodate guest flow; manage labor costs to meet standards.
• Train and develop crew under the direction of the Senior/General Manager.
• Maintain cooperative working relationships with management and crew; provide coaching and discipline as warranted.
• Conduct crew and management team meetings to discuss procedures, promotions, safety, and training.
• Maintain inventory and cash procedures; ensure cash control and accurate reports.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and compliance with HR policies and security procedures.
