Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Proven ability to hire, train and motivate staff.
• Excellent communication and guest-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire qualified staff to operate the restaurant per company standards.
• Schedule sufficient staff to meet guest flow and operation needs.
• Manage labor costs to meet company standards and profitability.
• Train and develop crew under the direction of the General Manager.
• Maintain a cooperative working relationship with management and crew.
• Provide coaching and discipline as warranted and ensure safety and sanitation policies.
