Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, active car insurance, and basic computer skills.
• Must be able to pass ROCC evaluations and handle bank deposits.
• Relocation may be required depending on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Support the RGM in overseeing daily restaurant operations.
• People Management: Lead, motivate, and develop Shift Supervisors and Team Members.
• Customer Experience: Maintain high service standards and respond to guest concerns.
• Financial & Administrative: Assist in controlling costs and cash handling procedures.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure cleanliness, safety, and adherence to regulations.
