Ayvaz Pizza in Eagle Pass, TX is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant operations and deliver friendly, fast service with great food in a clean, inviting environment. You will work under the General Manager, lead a team during busy shifts, schedule staff, coach and develop performance, and help ensure health, safety and quality standards are met at 2425 East Main.

Flexible shifts, weekend availability and a valid driver''s license required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in a high-volume food service context.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid Driver's License in good standing with access to private transportation.
• High School diploma or equivalent; meet state and federal requirements.
• Ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills with customer-service focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations under the General Manager.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls and staffing schedules.
• Interview, hire, train, and orientate team members.
• Coach, counsel and develop staff; manage team relations.
• Ensure proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management.
• Adhere to health and safety standards and create a positive work environment.
