You will lead a small team, schedule staff, assist with training, and uphold health and safety standards while promoting a fun, family-friendly atmosphere.

A 1-year AM experience and a HS diploma are preferred; valid driver's license required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in a high-volume food service concept preferred.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid Driver's License and access to private transportation.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem solving and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules.
• Interview, hire, train and orientate team.
• Coach, counsel, and develop staff and manage team relations.
• Ensure proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management.
• Ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met.
• Set a fun, family-friendly tone in the restaurant.
