Flynn Arby’s in Clinton, MO, is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team. You will work closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth daily restaurant operations, train and mentor staff, manage inventory, and uphold food safety and quality standards while controlling labor costs.

You will lead a fast-paced team, handle customer inquiries, and drive sales targets in a supportive, service-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a similar Food/Hospitality role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Understanding of food safety regulations.

Responsibilities
