Flynn Arby’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team in Platte City, MO. You will work closely with the General Manager to keep the restaurant running smoothly, mentor staff, manage inventory, and ensure food safety and quality standards are met.

You’ll help with scheduling, controlling labor costs, and driving sales while maintaining a clean, guest-focused environment. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities to deliver flawless customer service
