• Complete weekly inventory alongside the General Manager.
• Interview candidates and assist hiring processes as needed.
• Apply disciplinary actions per policy and maintain team relations.
• Provide performance feedback and coaching to staff.
• Place and track daily orders and manage invoices.
• Support development of team members and shift leaders.
• Prepare and adjust team schedules for GM review.
• Lead daily responsibilities including opening/closing procedures.
• Address guest issues promptly and report to GM.
• Communicate essential information to GM and team.
