Pizza Ranch - Iowa City is seeking anAssistant General Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations, team leadership, and guest satisfaction. This full-time role requires evening and weekend availability and a focus on delivering a legendary guest experience.

You will help manage food and labor costs, mentor staff, and foster a positive team culture while representing the brand in the local community.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and people development abilities.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Support and lead a high-performing team delivering legendary guest experiences.
