AES Restaurants seeks a Restaurant Assistant Manager in Spirit Lake, IA to guide the team toward a positive guest experience, uphold quality, safety and cleanliness, and support the General Manager in daily operations.

You will hire, train and coach staff, manage cash and inventory controls, and drive service excellence, labor and food cost management, and guest satisfaction across a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a fast-paced restaurant.
• Demonstrated ability to hire, train, and coach teams.
• Strong focus on guest satisfaction and safety standards.
• Knowledge of P&L and cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Ensure your team provides outstanding service and satisfies guests.
• Hire, train and coach the team.
• Utilize AES Systems to run a great restaurant every shift, every day.
• Implement restaurant controls, especially cash & inventory.
