You’ll train new hires, coach staff, and ensure quality and cleanliness while maintaining efficiency and strong scheduling. The role emphasizes coaching, communication, and cost control, with opportunities to advance as the restaurant grows.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Ability to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.
