Job summary

Burger King is seeking a motivated restaurant leadership candidate at our San Antonio location. This role focuses on developing servant leaders, creating memorable guest experiences, and balancing quality with financial goals.

You will welcome new team members, provide training, run effective team huddles, and coach staff to uphold brand service standards while ensuring a clean, welcoming restaurant environment and consistent product quality.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Ability to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.

• Ensures restaurant is welcoming and clean.
• Ensures product quality and operations standards are delivered.
• Partners with GM to improve guest metrics and action plans.
• Reviews sales and scheduling to meet QSC standards.
