Wonder is hiring an Assistant Manager for our Plano, TX restaurant to support the General Manager in daily operations. You will help lead a 15+ person team, ensure top customer service, uphold safety standards, and drive efficiency across front-of-house and back-of-house activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in restaurant supervisor or management roles in high-volume settings.
• Proven ability to manage and develop teams of 15+ staff.
• Strong written and verbal communication and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager in developing, engaging, inspiring, and motivating staff.
• Recruit and train top talent for the restaurant.
