Qualifications

• 1-3 years' experience in the restaurant industry preferred.
• Previous experience in a restaurant leadership position preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, influence, and negotiate decisions while motivating staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and coach during operations to ensure service standards.
• Schedule, recruit, and train Team Leaders and Team Members.
• Ensure operating procedures are followed to drive operational excellence.
• Support Operating Partners and local leadership with planning, staffing, and training.
