Job summary

DKT is seeking a Restaurant Team Leader to deliver an exceptional guest experience and lead a High Performing Team across shifts. You will coach Team Members, ensure food safety and sanitation, and uphold brand standards while collaborating with the Operating Partner.

You will be responsible for communicating effectively with management and co-workers, driving teamwork, and supporting daily restaurant operations to achieve operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.
• Six months' experience as a Team Member.
• Attainment of Team Member skills certification.
• Demonstrated ability to coach, motivate, and inspire Team Members.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate and maintain an effective working relationship with management and co-workers.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Team Leaders deliver the DKT experience to Family Members and customers.
• Lead shifts, coach Team Members, and foster a safe space for communication.
• Ensure operation procedures are followed to drive operational excellence.
• Report to the Operating Partner and support Managers in food safety, sanitation, and standards consistency.
• Oversee training and supervision of Team Members.
