GDLP Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to partner with the General Manager, lead daily restaurant operations, and develop team members. You will coach leaders, ensure exceptional guest service, and uphold safety and brand standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role prepares you for future General Manager opportunities, with a focus on accountability, teamwork, and growth within the restaurant.
