Qualifications

• Must have leadership experience in a restaurant setting.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are required.
• Coaching and mentoring abilities are essential.
• Reliable attendance and flexibility in scheduling are expected.
• Food Handler Certification is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations with the General Manager.
• Coach, develop, and support Shift Leaders and team members.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards are met.
• Adhere to safety procedures to protect staff and guests.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and team development.
