Jersey Mike's in Pleasant Grove, UT is seeking an Assistant Manager to partner with the General Manager in running daily restaurant operations and building a positive, high-performing team.

We value leadership, coaching, and customer service. You will help hire, onboard, train staff, manage shifts, monitor costs, and uphold food safety and brand standards while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant management, shift leadership, or supervisory experience.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Food safety certification may be required and will be provided through training if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day restaurant operations with the General Manager to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
• Coach, develop, and motivate team members through positive leadership.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new employees.
• Lead shifts while upholding Jersey Mike's standards for food quality, cleanliness, and service.
• Monitor labor, productivity, and food cost across each shift.
• Assist with inventory management, ordering, and receiving deliveries.
