Job summary

Jersey Mike's in Utah (Vineyard) is seeking a General Manager to lead all restaurant operations and mentor a high-performing team. You will drive guest satisfaction, financial performance, and crew development in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

You will partner with regional leadership to deliver exceptional hospitality, maintain food safety, and uphold brand standards while fostering a positive workplace culture that empowers teammates to grow.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant management experience is required.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Food safety certification may be required and will be provided or supported if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall operation and performance of the restaurant.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
• Create a positive, engaging workplace culture built on teamwork and accountability.
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience and a consistent "Sub Above" standard.
• Drive sales growth while managing labor, food costs, and profitability.
• Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and customer service meet Jersey Mike's standards.
• Develop future leaders by coaching Crew Members and Shift Leaders.
• Build community relations and represent the Jersey Mike's brand.
