Job summary

Dunkin’ is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager in Denton, MD to support the Restaurant Manager, shift leaders and team. You will stand in during the RM’s absence, ensure brand standards and systems are followed, and help deliver a positive guest experience.

You’ll lead by example in a fast-paced environment, assist with product rollouts and training, enforce safety and sanitation, and help control costs while developing the team and improving profitability.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Basic math and financial management.
• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant Manager and perform duties in their absence.
• Support floor operations, brand training programs and ensure brand standards are followed.
• Create and maintain a guest-focused culture in the restaurant.
• Communicate priorities, goals and results to restaurant team members.
• Assist with new product rollouts including training, marketing and sampling where applicable.
• Maintain safety, sanitation and health compliance with all laws.
• Manage costs to maximise profitability; conduct periodic inventory.
• Oversee cash handling and adherence to franchisee cash policies.
• Engage with Dunkin’ Brands Field Operations as appropriate.
• Onboard and develop restaurant team members; coach to drive sales and guest satisfaction.
