Responsibilities

• Onboard and develop restaurant team members.
• Coach team to drive sales, profitability and guest satisfaction.
• Assist with training, marketing and product rollouts with RM as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and sanitary work environment per laws and brand standards.
• Control costs and manage inventory on a periodic basis.
• Manage cash handling according to franchisee policies.
