Job summary

Dunkin' is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager in Maryland to support the General Manager in building a strong team and delivering great guest experiences. You will help develop Crew Members and Shift Leaders, oversee daily operations, and ensure standards are consistently met.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in math, writing, and basic computer skills.
• At least 18 years of age; high school diploma or equivalent required; college a plus.
