Job summary

Checkers & Rally’s is looking for an Assistant Manager to help the General Manager execute the restaurant plan and drive sales and profits. The role focuses on promoting Guest satisfaction, guiding Team Members, and maintaining operational standards.

You will interview and hire staff, train teams on policies and guest service, and escalate any issues to the GM. A Food Safety certification and strong communication are valued in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Food Safety Certified.
• 1-2 years restaurant management experience, preferably in QSR.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedule and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager with executing the restaurant plan and achieving sales and profits goals.
• Support restaurant operations to ensure policy adherence and guest service excellence.
• Interviewing and hiring right Team Members.
• Train Team Members on operations, policies, and guest service.
• Provide feedback and coaching to Team Members on performance.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and fun environment for employees and guests.
