Job summary

Checkers & Rally's is seeking a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, drive sales and profitability, and deliver outstanding guest and team service. You will manage staffing, training, and performance to ensure a fast-paced, high-quality experience for guests.

The role emphasizes P&L accountability, data-driven planning, and maintaining a safe, clean, and engaging environment for employees and Guests. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; food safety certification preferred.
• 2+ years restaurant management experience, preferably in QSR.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and restaurant systems.

Responsibilities

• Meeting budgeted sales and profits by managing all aspects of the P&L.
• Analyze data and develop plans to improve sales and profits and restaurant service.
• Determine staffing needs and hire candidates for right positions.
• Ensure shifts are properly staffed for consistent operations and guest satisfaction.
• Train Team Members and Managers on operations, policies, and guest service; address complaints and policy violations.
• Provide regular feedback and coaching to employees on performance.
• Ensure the restaurant is safe, clean, and fun for employees and guests.
