Job summary

Checkers & Rally’s Drive-In Restaurants is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in executing the restaurant plan, achieving sales and profits goals, and delivering exceptional Guest and Team service.

You will assist with interviewing and hiring, ensuring policy compliance on shifts, training Team Members, and maintaining a safe, clean, and energetic work environment for guests and staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Food Safety Certified.
• 1-2 years restaurant management experience, preferably in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR).
• Basic math skills.
• Microsoft Office and general systems experience.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal and written communications skills.
