Café Yumm! in Eugene, Oregon is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager for the Meridian location. This full-time role requires evening and weekend availability and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Available to work evenings and weekends.
• Oregon Food Handler’s Permit required or obtainable.
• ServSafe Food Manager Certificate required or obtainable.
• Associate degree or substantial restaurant experience; bachelor's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise staff across all restaurant stations.
• Order, receive, and manage food, equipment, and supplies.
• Count cash, manage safe procedures, and handle deposits.
• Interview, hire, train, coach, and discipline Team Members as needed.
• Resolve guest complaints and drive restaurant profitability.
• Assist with scheduling and shift coverage when required.
