Café Yumm! The Meridian in Eugene, OR seeks a part-time Restaurant Shift Leader for evenings and weekend shifts. This supervisory role trains team members across all stations and ensures smooth service.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work evenings and weekends.
• Six months’ experience in related roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train others on all stations in the restaurant (cashier, deluxe bar, dishwasher, expeditor, food prep, grill/salads, starts/hot bar).
• Provide remarkable, memorable, fun, and informative service.
• Count registers and ensure money is accurate.
• Follow opening and closing procedures.
• Direct and motivate Team Members throughout shift to ensure operational excellence.
