Job summary

Café Yumm! Delta is seeking Restaurant Crew Members for weekend and closing shifts in Eugene, OR. These part-time roles are entry level with opportunities for advancement and require weekend availability.

Base pay starts at $16.55/hour plus an average of $6.92/hour in tips, with benefits including health, 20 days PTO for full-time, and a 401(k) plan. Training and growth are encouraged at this growing local brand.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Ability to read and understand the POS system in English.
• Valid Oregon Food Handler’s Permit or ability to obtain one.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in food service roles preferred (server, cook, cashier, host).

Responsibilities

• Learn all restaurant stations: cashier, deluxe bar, dishwasher, expeditor, food prep, grill/salads, starts/hot bar.
• Maintain high standards of consistency in food prep and cleanliness.
• Provide service that is remarkable, memorable, fun, and informative.

We have part-time openings on weekend and closing shifts for Restaurant Crew Members at Café Yumm! Delta on Green Acres Rd near Delta Highway in Eugene, OR.

Only those available to work Saturdays and Sundays will be considered. Preference will be given to those also available to work closing shifts during the week.

Wages & Benefits for All Team Members:

• Starting base wage $16.55/hour plus $6.92/hour in tips (based on a 12-month average of hourly tips from 4/1/2025-3/31/2026).

Education and Experience:

• Possess or be able to obtain a valid Oregon Food Handler’s Permit.
• Possession of either a High School Diploma or GED Certificate is preferred.
• Experience as a server, cook, cashier, host, or equivalent related experience is preferred.
