Responsibilities

• Learn all restaurant stations: cashier, bar, dishwasher, expeditor, food prep, grill/salads, starts/hot bar.
• Set high standards of consistency in food preparation and cleanliness, and work steadily.
• Provide service that is remarkable, memorable, fun, and informative.
