Café Yumm! Delta is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager for Delta on Green Acres Rd in Eugene, OR. The role focuses on supporting the Restaurant Manager, training staff, and ensuring smooth daily operations while working nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Associate degree and related restaurant experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• ServSafe Food Manager Certificate or ability to obtain.
• Oregon Food Handler Permit or ability to obtain.
• At least 1 year in restaurant with supervisory/management experience.

Responsibilities

• Train staff across all restaurant stations (cashier, bar, prep, grill, etc.).
• Order, receive, and manage food, equipment, and supplies.
• Count cash drawers, maintain safe environment, and process deposits.
• Interview, hire, train, develop, counsel, discipline when needed.
• Investigate and resolve guest complaints.
• Drive sales and profitability; monitor labor, COGS, and supplies.
• Assist with schedule writing and shift coverage.
