Job summary

Ayvaz Pizza (Franchisee of Pizza Hut) is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support the daily operations of the restaurant. You will ensure friendly, personalized service and great food in a clean, inviting environment.

We seek a self-motivated, dynamic team player with at least 1 year of assistant manager experience in high-volume food service, and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced setting. Weekend and holiday shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in high-volume food service (restaurant)
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, holidays
• Valid Driver's License and access to private transportation
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem solving and customer service orientation

Responsibilities

• Support General Manager in managing daily restaurant operations
• Oversee staff scheduling, training, and development
• Ensure health, safety and food handling standards are met
• Maintain financial controls and customer service excellence
• Promote a fun, family-friendly environment in the restaurant
