Ayvaz Pizza (Franchisee of Pizza Hut) is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager who will assist with daily operations and deliver friendly, personalized service with great food in a clean, inviting environment.

We are seeking a self-motivated, dynamic team player to join our team and support the District Manager while maintaining operational standards and procedures. The role includes leading a team in a fast-paced setting and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience (high volume food service concepts preferred).
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• High School diploma or equivalent and required state/federal documents.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant's daily operations.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules.
• Interview, hire, train and orientate team.
• Coach, counsel, develop staff and manage team relations.
• Ensure proper food handling and equipment maintenance.
• Meet health and safety inspections and standards.
• Set a fun, family environment tone in the restaurant.
