Burger King opportunities at our Valparaiso location are looking for a results-driven supervisor who can lead a fast-paced team while delivering exceptional guest experiences. The role emphasizes developing leaders, maintaining quality, and achieving store goals at 2921 Calumet Ave, Valparaiso, IN 46383.

Ideal candidate has 1–2 years supervisory experience, strong guest service skills, and the ability to coordinate schedules and onboarding.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–2 years supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong guest service skills are essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear communication with guests and team members.
• Ability to manage schedules and on-boarding.
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Develop servant leaders by prioritizing people and restaurant goals.
• Create memorable guest experiences that encourage repeat visits.
• Balance high-quality service with achieving financial goals.
• Welcome new team members and provide necessary training.
• Lead inspiring team huddles to inform and motivate.
• Provide ongoing training and coaching to team members.
• Prepare shift supervisors for higher responsibilities.
• Acknowledge and celebrate team successes.
• Coach brand service behaviors with observation and feedback.
• Monitor speed of service to meet guest expectations.
• Keep the restaurant welcoming and clean.
• Ensure product quality and operational standards.
• Partner with the GM to create action plans to improve metrics.
• Review sales and scheduling to meet QSC goals.
• Ensure accurate daily numbers, cash handling, and HACCP logs.
• Review inventory to optimize product orders.
• Evaluate and implement cost controls.
• Monitor staffing and adjust as needed.
• Create and manage schedules and onboarding.
• Implement plans to address employee needs and assessments.
